Suno Stay is a private stay facing the ocean, nestled in a quiet and peaceful setting of Dongbok-ri (동복리) To ensure a more comfortable and relaxing trip, Suno Stay operates as a non-contact (self check-in) system.
By completing your reservation, you are considered to have agreed to all the usage guidelines and precautions listed below.
Please review them carefully to ensure a pleasant and safe stay.

Rules
Room & Occupancy Information
• All units are fully private houses. Layout and capacity may vary by stay.
• Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in removal without refund.
Extra Guests (All Stays)
– Up to 2 children under the age of 12 may stay for free.
– Example: 2–4 adults + 2 children (maximum).
– Please indicate any children under 12 in your reservation request.
– Suno Stay does not accommodate pets at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
✔ All units have one bathroom, stays with 3 or more adults may be less convenient.
✔ Please follow the occupancy guidelines for everyone’s comfort.
✔ Exceeding the number of reserved guests may result in eviction without a refund.
Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-In: From 4:00 PM
• Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
• Final check-in time: 8:00 PM
✔ Before leaving, please tidy up and check for your belongings.
✔ From 11 AM to 4 PM, rooms are cleaned and prepared for the next guest.
Self Check-In System
• All stays use a contactless entry system with keypad codes.
• On the day or before the day of of check-in, we will send your room number and entry code via text or KakaoTalk.
• This information is shared only with the reservation holder—please do not share with others.
• You may check out freely without returning a key.
Non-Transferable Reservation & Refunds
• Reservations cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged, or modified to another guest.
• Full refunds are provided only in the case of flight or ferry cancellations due to natural disasters (with official proof).
• If you booked through an OTA (e.g., Naver, Airbnb, Agoda), please refer to their individual refund policies.
If you made a reservation via ONDA using bank transfer or credit card,
please contact the sunostay KakaoTalk channel if you wish to cancel your booking.

ONDA’s refund policy is provided during the booking process in the terms and important notes. It is as follows:
• Cancellation 10 days or more before check-in: 100% refund
• Cancellation 9–7 days before check-in: 90% refund
• Cancellation 6–5 days before check-in: 70% refund
• Cancellation 4–3 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Cancellation 2–1 days before check-in: 30% refund
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund
If you would like to cancel your reservation, please reach out to us via KakaoTalk chat, and we will assist you after confirming your booking details.
CCTV Notice
• For safety and facility protection, CCTV is installed in select public areas such as near the office.

All units offer large windows with ocean views.

Depending on the unit location, nearby rooftops or local buildings may be visible.
✔ Please note that refunds or changes to unit assignment are not available due to differences in unit location or view.

Outdoor Jacuzzi Use (For Jacuzzi Units Only)

Jacuzzis are only available from April through the end of October

Filling time: approx. 2.5 to 3 hours

Not allowed after 10:00 PM

No bath bombs, soap, or bubble products

No use after drinking; no unsupervised use by children

Please sign our waiver if bringing a child under 6 years of age.
✔ SUNO Stay is not liable for accidents or injuries related to jacuzzi use.
✔ Weather conditions may restrict usage — no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Nature & Insects or Bugs

Due to our location in natural surroundings, insects may occasionally enter.
✔ This is not grounds for a refund.

Parties or gatherings without prior approval

A microwave and rice cooker are provided in each unit, making it possible to heat or cook simple meals.
However, frying pans and grills are not available, and indoor cooking of strong-smelling foods like meat or fish, as well as outdoor barbecuing, is not allowed at this time.
※ An outdoor BBQ grill is planned to be added in the future.

Before You Leave

Wash and put away any used dishes and cookware

Sort and dispose of trash in designated bins (general, recycling, food waste)

Mid-Stay Cleaning (for longer stays)

For stays of 3 nights or more, towel/linen refresh and light cleaning are available upon request
